Ananya Panday Joins 22,141 Pitbull Fans As They Set Guinness Record Wearing Bald Caps In London

Cuban-American rapper and singer Pitbull and his fans, who are affectionately known as ‘Bald-Es’ or ‘Baldies’, have now officially set the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps! The gathering took place on July 10, 2026, during his London show, where Bollywood actress Ananya Panday was also present.

Pitbull & His Fans Set Guinness World Record

Actress Ananya Panday recently took to her Instagram page to share images of herself and the sea of thousands of Pitbull fans. According to Moneycontrol, rapper Pitbull performed at London’s Hyde Park on July 10 for the British Summer Time (BST) Festival, where 22,141 fans wore bald caps, creating a Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps. Ananya Panday, who is apparently a Pitbull fan, wrote, “We broke a Guiness Book of World Record and made HISTORY. Love you, @Pitbull.” 

But instead of wearing a bald cap like everyone else, Ananya Panday stood out wearing a vibrant blue bandana. She also shared other fun moments from the day, including posing with her friends and enjoying a slice of pizza at a restaurant.

Even Pitbull Wore A Bald Cap For The Record

Pitbull also had to wear a bald cap to contribute to the record at the London festival. To ensure an accurate result, around 400 volunteers individually checked people at the entrance and across the venue. The fans were so excited about the event that many shops selling bald caps soon ran out of stock. 

One fan shared with The Guardian that she visited three fancy dress shops before finally finding a bald cap. According to Moneycontrol, the British Summer Time (BST) Festival is a multi-day outdoor music event that has been held every year since 2013. The festival features concerts by artists from around the world. This year, Pitbull covered Wonderwall as an homage to England’s football squad.
