If you’ve lived in Dubai for even a minute, you’ll know Brass Monkey. It’s the neon-soaked, always-buzzing entertainment hub where bowling meets beer and burgers meet arcade classics. Now, truth be told, Abu Dhabi has been eyeing it with envy. But good news, the wait’s almost over. Brass Monkey is officially set to open at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, in Q2 2026, and yes, it’s bringing the chaos (the fun kind) with it.
Dubai’s Favourite Brass Monkey Rolls Into the Capital With Arcade Games & More

Think bowling shoes, flashing lights, and the sweet sound of arcade tokens clinking. The new outpost will feature a 12-lane bowling alley, perfect for showing off that one strike you’ve been practising for years. Alongside it? A line-up of interactive games and arcade favourites that’ll test everything from your aim to your reaction speed.
Now, while the exact list of games hasn’t been revealed, if the Dubai branches are anything to go by, expect pool tables, basketball hoops, VR racing simulators, and a few nostalgia-packed machines that’ll have you saying, “Wait, I used to play this as a kid.”
Food, Glorious Food And Drinks
Of course, no one can game on an empty stomach. The Abu Dhabi menu will stick close to the Dubai originals: tacos, sliders, pizzas, kebabs, basically the kind of comfort food that pairs brilliantly with a pint. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel, and honestly, it doesn’t need to. After all, who’s complaining about a perfectly loaded taco between bowling turns?
For anyone new to the name, Brass Monkey first burst onto Bluewaters Island in 2020. It didn’t take long before queues formed at the door and Instagram was flooded with neon-lit bowling shots. The second branch followed at City Walk’s C2 district, proving that the concept wasn’t a one-hit wonder.
Joining The Dazzling List Of Upcoming Spots
When Brass Monkey does swing open its doors, it won’t be alone. The Galleria is already packed with some of the capital’s most high-profile dining names, think Zuma, LPM, Coya, 99 Sushi, Flamingo Room, Novikov and Antonia Chic. And later this year, London’s Isabel Mayfair will also join the roster, bringing Mediterranean flavours with plenty of flair.
So yes, Brass Monkey might arrive with bowling shoes and retro games, but it’s also walking into a neighbourhood where food is fashion and nightlife is serious business. Truth be told, that makes it even more exciting. Abu Dhabi’s nightlife is ready to level up, and Brass Monkey is coming in hot.
