Guests who book and travel until May 31st, 2026, using the Pets Onboard service will benefit from a special promotional offer of USD399 per flight segment. This would make it more accessible and also ensure that the same thoughtful standards are delivered with the highest level of care. Ensuring that the same level of comfort is delivered across all cabins, pets will travel in an approved carrier throughout the flight.

For Economy, the carrier may be placed under the seat in front of the guest, and those who prefer additional space can also choose to book an extra seat for their pet. In Business Class, they will continue to be accommodated with an additional seat, which would allow them to enjoy the journey with the space and safety that they need.
