On March 6, the much-awaited Rameshwaram Cafe finally opened its doors in Churchgate, Mumbai. Bringing the authentic flavours of South India to the City of Dreams, the new eatery saw long queues outside as food lovers eagerly lined up to dig into favourites like Ghee Podi Idli, Masala Dosa, Ven Pongal, and Akki Roti.
Before opening today, the cafe offered free food trials for a limited time until March 5, allowing people in the city to experience its dishes before regular operations began. Long queues formed once again, underscoring how eagerly Mumbaikars had been waiting for the eatery to arrive in the city.

What Can You Expect At This New Eatery In Churchgate?
What started as a small QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) restaurant in Bengaluru has now turned into one of the most sought after eateries in the country to experience authentic flavours of South Indian cuisine. In the last few years, it has turned into a ₹60-crore empire with multiple outlets across the country.
Now, coming to the most important part, what to expect at Rameshwaram Cafe Mumbai? The eatery is offering foodies two distinct ways to enjoy authentic South Indian flavours.
Staying true to its QSR-style experience, the ground floor is designed for a quick, temple-style dining format, which is perfect for grabbing a fast, traditional South Indian meal. It opens as early as 5 AM, making it an ideal spot for an early breakfast.
The second floor, on the other hand, offers a more relaxed, sit-down dining experience where guests can enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace. This section opens at 7 AM, so you can plan your visit accordingly.
