Bahraini rapper Flipperachi just hit a milestone moment. His Arabic track Fa9la has topped the Arabia Billboard Charts, earning a Guinness World Record for the highest number of billboards. It has been wildly viral in India after featuring in Ranveer Singh’s film Dhurandhar. The song soundtracks Akshaye Khanna’s dramatic entry.

According to a report by the Gulf News official account, Fa9la’s chart-topping run and record-breaking billboard presence have turned Flipperachi into a cross-border pop culture name almost overnight.
Born Hussam Aseem in Manama, Bahrain, Flipperachi is no overnight artist. The 36-year-old has spent more than a decade shaping his sound. His 2013 debut album Straight Out of 2Seas introduced listeners to his sharp Arabic hip-hop style. It’s rooted in regional identity but open to modern elements.
Things shifted gears when he began working with DJ and producer DJ Outlaw. The collaborations added polish without killing personality.
Why ‘Fa9la’ Proved To Be A Chartbuster
The song didn’t just play in Dhurandhar, but Akshaye Khanna’s entry on Fa9la made the song own the scene and struck a nerve with the audience. Soon, the track escaped the cinema and landed on Instagram feeds, meme pages, and dance reels across India.
The song’s hook word basically means I’m in the zone, living the moment, as mentioned by the singer to Fever FM, cited by Gulf News.
That loose, feel-good energy made the track easy to adopt. You didn’t need to learn Arabic to hum it.
Why The Original Track Stayed Untouched
Interestingly, the Dhurandhar team first discussed recreating the song. That plan didn’t last long. Flipperachi said to Fever FM that the team was initially planning to recreate a new version but eventually went on to use the original track. Keeping the original Arabic vocals gave a fresh, unexpected, and authentic response by the Indian audiences.

A Guinness World Record And A New Chapter
Topping the Arabia Charts with the highest number of billboards earned Flipperachi a Guinness World Record. It’s the kind of milestone most artists dream about but rarely touch.
Despite the noise, he remains grounded as a familyman. He’s a husband to Najwa and a hands-on father to their young son. From Bahrain to Bollywood, Fa9la proves that one song, placed right, can change everything.
