1. Aldar Launches Baccarat Residences Saadiyat In Abu Dhabi

Aldar has unveiled Baccarat Residences Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, according to a report by Zawya. It’s a new ultra-prime residential development that brings Baccarat’s 262-year crystal heritage to the capital. Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the project blends high-end living with some of the capital’s most iconic cultural landmarks.

The development includes just 77 exclusive homes, ranging from two- and three-bedroom residences to expansive sky villas and penthouses. Residents will enjoy uninterrupted views of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Arabian Sea. 

2. Saudi Arabia Launches $26 Billion New Dammam Seaside Residential Project

Saudi Arabia has launched New Dammam, a 98 billion riyals ($26 billion) master-planned residential project in the Eastern Province according to a report by Zawya. Spanning approximately 32 million square metres, the development plans include 8 residential neighbourhoods, nearly 16,000 housing plots, more than 5,000 investment plots, 1,389 commercial plots, 322 waterfront palaces, 49 parks, and multiple recreational zones. 

3. Qatar’s Amir Sheikh Tamim Participates In National Sport Day Activities

Qatar’s Amir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, took part in National Sport Day activities at Doha Golf Club. According to a report by Qatar Tribune was spotted playing alongside people from various age groups and members of the national golf team. By joining the public in the course, the Amir highlighted the importance of promoting physical activity and healthier lifestyles.

4. UNESCO Selects Sharjah For Early Childhood Education Assessment Pilot

UNESCO has selected Sharjah to participate in the pilot phase of the Early Childhood Care and Education – Progress Assessment and Transformation Tool (ECCE-PATT). According to a report by Gulf Today, the decision reflects international recognition of Sharjah’s structured and evidence-based approach to early childhood development. The pilot will assess Sharjah’s early childhood system, document successful practices, identify gaps, and position the emirate as a regional reference point.

5. Dubai Closes Old Municipality Street Near Gold Souq for Ramadan Souq Access

Dubai Municipality has announced the temporary closure of Old Municipality Street, according to a report by Gulf News. The street connects to the Gold Souq and will be closed down on Saturday, February 14, from 6 pm to 10 pm. The move is being carried out in coordination with Dubai Police and the Roads and Transport Authority. The closure aims to improve safety and ease pedestrian access to the Ramadan Souq during peak hours, enhancing the overall Ramadan experience.
