Actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa welcomed a baby girl on November 15. What makes the day even more special is that the birth of their child coincides with their 4th wedding anniversary. The proud parents took to their Instagram handles to share the happy news with their fans and well-wishers. A few days ago, their friends threw them a baby shower with food catered by Kailash Parbat. Rajkummar Rao, on November 15, shared a post announcing the birth of his and Patralekhaa’s baby girl. The post read, “We are over the moon. God has blessed us with a baby girl.” In the caption of this Instagram post, the couple revealed the cherry on top of the cake. They added, “The greatest blessing God has given us on our 4th wedding anniversary.” How wonderful that the couple can celebrate their wedding anniversary and their daughter’s birthday on the very same day!
Their bestie director-choreographer, Farah Khan, congratulated them by sharing throwback pictures of Patralekhaa’s baby shower, which was celebrated a few days ago.
Farah wrote, “The Baby is here!! Congratulations @patralekhaa n @rajkummar_rao .. enjoy this beautiful phase of life.. n remember for any baby advice.. main hoon na.. p.s.- @iamhumaq luckily we just about did the baby shower in time.”

Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa had an intimate baby shower at home, thrown by their best friends from the Hindi film industry. Twinning in yellow, the baby shower was attended by Farah Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal, Huma Qureshi, Saqib Saleem and other loved ones. Ahead of their baby girl’s arrival, the photos show their home decked with balloons. A crib decorated with fresh flowers and massive teddy bears peeked through the celebrations.

What stood out to us in Farah Khan’s post was the menu at the couple’s baby shower. Kailash Parbat, India’s iconic vegetarian restaurant known for North Indian, Sindhi and street-style cuisines, was the official caterer of Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa’s special day. Moreover, the actors and their Bollywood friends relished Pani Puri, Crispy Corn Chaat, Sev Batata Puri, Dahi Puri, Bombay Bhel Puri, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Pav Bhaji and Chole Bhature.
