Food Catering At Udaipur Wedding
Netra Mantena, daughter of NRI industrialist Rama Raju Mantena, tied the knot with tech entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju in a dreamy Udaipur wedding. The three-day celebration at the Jagmandir Island Palace was nothing short of spectacular, with A-list guests, Bollywood performances, and international entertainment making it the wedding everyone is still talking about!
Another highlight of the wedding was the food. The catering was handled by Saltt Catering, a top choice among celebrities. Known for their lavish spreads, they have also provided catering for major events like the IIFA Awards and Anshula Kapoor’s goddhana. Some of the dishes on the menu were Badam Shawarma, South Indian Andhra cuisine that included Gongura Mutton, Korameenu Iguru, and more. Each dish was unique, creative and drool-worthy.

Pizzeria Da Susy Serving Authentic Pizza
The big-fat wedding also had some amazing pizzas from the iconic Pizzeria Da Susy. It is a well-known Neapolitan pizzeria in Gurugram, started in 2021 by Susanna Di Cosimo from Naples. The place is famous for its slow-fermented dough and traditional pizza-making style, which has earned it international praise. It’s even listed among the top pizzerias in the Asia-Pacific region. They also took to their social media handle and wrote, “What an unforgettable honour! This week, we had the privilege of serving Chef Susy’s pizzas at what many have called the wedding of the year in magical Udaipur.”
Another highlight at the wedding was a stunning custom cake designed by Paris-based luxury pastry chef Bastien Blanc-Tailleu. Inspired by Rajasthan’s royal architecture, the multi-tier creation showcased domes, jharokhas, and handcrafted animals like elephants and peacocks.
