For many romantic Hindi movie buffs, one of the cult classic films is Laila Majnu starring Avinash Tiwary and Triptii Dimri. Released in 2018, the movie has stolen and broken the hearts of millions of fans but we still love the story with our shattered hearts. Directed by Sajid Ali, Laila Majnu is all set to re-release on August 9 and we are too excited to grab a bucket of popcorn, root for Qais and Laila, wipe our tears, and enjoy the movie with our loved ones.

1. Shalimar Bagh

Srinagar’s Shalimar Bagh is one of this loved Hindi film’s many magnificent shooting locations. Several romantic sequences were filmed here.

Qais played by Avinash lived with his father at a stunning property in Kashmir. A hotel located near Nagreen Lake was used to film his home overlooking alluring views of the lake.

4. Mahatta & Co

Srinagar’s iconic Mahatta & Co featured in this movie. It was transformed into a cafe where the couple met.

5. Pahalgam

Pahalgam’s enchanting aura has been captured perfectly in Laila Majnu. This film beautifully showcases Kashmir’s allure and impresses travel enthusiasts to plan trips again and again.

6. Nishat Bagh

Nestled close to Dal Lake, Nishat Bagh is Kashmir’s second-largest Mughal garden. Nature lovers enjoy visiting here to witness spectacular views and lush surroundings. This destination is one of Laila Majnu’s filming locations.

7. Zero Bridge
