Madras Diaries in Mumbai has given a change to their menu with Stuffed Miglai, Jalapeño Idli in Masala Fondue, Mushroom Vadas and Rassam shots.
What Is It?
Mumbai’s becoming a land of South Indian eateries and Madras Diaries is one of the big shots in our city. They are serving the classics like Mysore Masala Dosa and Rawa Masala Dosa with a unique twist. Along with that, try their Cheese Chilli Jalapeño Idli in Masala Fondue (₹160). It might sound weird, but it’s definitely a new way to represent old school idlis. Apart from that, try out their Rassam shots (₹145) which are available in 4 flavors! The Stuffed Miglai (₹145) comes with 3 types of chutneys.
But that’s not all, go for the mushroom or broccoli vadas (₹145) with a variety of chutneys.

What’s In It?
The interiors at Madras Diaries are cool, quirky but also exceptionally traditional. It will give you an ambiance of royal South India because the decor is as grand as their food.

It is a pure vegetarian eatery, but you won’t mind hogging on their yummy items. They have a separate section for breakfast menu along with fluffy appams. The lunch menu and vada specials are also a high point in the menu.
