Storm Henk has ravaged parts of the UK by causing floods. Rains have been ruthlessly battering many regions. This has also resulted in a serious travel disruption. More than 300 flood warnings have been issued across England. Commuters are facing challenges as the deluge is affecting the tracks of the trains. Many roads have also been submerged owing to the heavy downpour. Here are all of the important details that you would need to know about this disastrous storm.

Among other issues that this particular storm has caused is the travel disruption. Fields and railways as well as roadways have been submerged after the heavy downpours on Friday. A total of 302 flood warnings have been issued across the English country.
In addition to this, 13 flood warnings have also been issued in Wales. According to an article which was recently published by The Telegraph, forecasters have also predicted that the downpour will keep continuing.
Commuters are also suffering a lot. This is because the storm has also disrupted travel. Entire roads have been submerged. Significant deluge has also accumulated on the tracks which is, in turn, disrupting the train services.

Over 300 Flood Warnings Issued Across England So Far

In addition to the deluge, there was also a landslide that took place in Arseley at Bedfordshire. This landslide has impacted Thameslink services. The highest rainfall was recorded on January 4, Thursday, a total of 35.2mm Otterburne in Hampshire.
As per an Environment Agency cited in the article, the ongoing impacts are likely across a major chunk of the country over the following five days.
