A video shared by Sanjana Parth (@midnight_ramblings31) has been going viral on social media, capturing the final working day of an Air India cabin crew member. The clip shows Sanjana’s mother, Noopur Parth, during her last flight as an air hostess, flying from Chicago to Delhi.
In the video, Noopur is seen making her final mid-air announcement. Calm and composed, she announces the names of the pilots and shares the standard flight details, just as she has done throughout her 35-year career. There is nothing emotional or dramatic in her words — only quiet professionalism.
The clip also shows Noopur serving food to passengers with a smile, continuing her duties till the very end. Sanjana captioned the post with, “30.07.2024. Her last announcement. Her last flight as crew”.
After the flight, Noopur marked the end of her journey with her team. The members organised a small ceremony in which the air hostess cut a strawberry chocolate cake and fed her colleagues. There were also some drinks and desserts to bid her goodbye with a sweet, heartfelt note.
