Ingredients:
- 50 ml Grey Goose vodka
- 25 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 25 ml Cranberry juice
- 10 ml Fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 3–4 fresh cranberries and a mint sprig for garnish
Method:
- Place your martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour in the vodka, elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice, and lime juice.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake hard for about 15 seconds. You want it very cold.
- Strain into the chilled martini glass.

- Stir until very cold (about 30 seconds).

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Whistler Whisky
- 120 ml Apple cider
- 15 ml Honey

- 45 ml Viva El Ron White Rum
- 30 ml Coconut cream
- 15 ml Crème de cacao

- 60 ml Nisaki Dry Gin
- 20 ml Grapefruit juice

- Splash tonic

- Shake all ingredients except tonic with ice.
- Strain it into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
