The Family Never Thought Rana Would Become An Actor

This duo of South Indian superstars was a delight to accompany in every way. Whether it is their love for food or their performances in the industry, it was all a treat to talk about. We wanted to know how both of them came to be actors and if that was something they always wanted to become.

For Venkatesh, it has always been about business. He dared to say that he did not enter the industry for glamour or fame. He still sees it as business and nothing more than that. We also talked to him about his most pampered nephews and if he thought Rana would become an actor. He shared that no one in the family thought Rana Daggubati would become an actor.

He was a shy kid who was always into his toys and movies.  Even though Rana Daggubati was interested in movies, he followed his interest quietly. He shared that Rana became a producer at a very young age and worked well with special effects, but the decision to become an actor came as a surprise to them all.

Rana Daggubati Talked About Him Being Partially Blind

It is not common knowledge that Rana Daggubati is partially blind. We asked him if he was impaired by birth or if it happened later over time. He shared that it was always that way for him, but he can see clearly from one eye.

He also uses lenses that help his vision. Joking about his vision, he shared that he prefers seeing with one eye only because he finds everyone and everything good-looking. However, when he sees with both eyes, it is too much clarity for him.
