Vir Das’s latest Instagram post pokes fun at Southeast Asian and Goa beaches, creating waves on social media. His post reads, “Southeast Asia, Hear me out. Your beaches may be blue, but they’re zero fun. The water just lays there still, not moving, like an uninterested lover. Very pretty, you’re making ALL the effort. Say what you will about a Goa beach, may be slightly dirtier, it will slap you around a bit and make it fun.”
In his caption, the standup comedian and actor, asks Netizens to name ONE place with more fun beaches. Also, he asks folks from Southeast Asia, to tell him if he’s wrong. Vir Das’s post certainly stirred the waters and created quite a splash on social media. And Netizens instantly jumped into the waters and blew up the comments section.
