Viral Video Of Couple’s PDA On Indirapuram Streets Infuriates Netizens; Authorities Take Action

If you are active on social media, you must have come across videos of couples romancing in public places such as metro stations, inside metros, and more. A very similar incident happened recently but this time the location was completely different. A couple was seen indulging in PDA while riding on a two-wheeler and some onlookers have recorded the scenario and shared the clips on social media.

Videos Of A Couple Romancing On A Bike On A National Highway Are Going Viral

Twitter user Akash Kumar (@Akashkchoudhary) shared the footage of a young couple showing public displays of affection. According to several reports, the footage has been recorded at the National Highway-9 of Indirapuram.

It can be seen in the shared clip, that the man was riding the bike at quite a fast speed and the woman hugged him tightly from the front. The woman was not sitting in the back seat like everyone else. Instead, she was sitting on the man’s lap and hugged him from the front. In this video, we can also hear how the onlooker is talking about how the couple is doing unnecessary things on this national highway and also how these are gimmicks to get viral on social media.

Another point to notice in this footage is that none of them is wearing a helmet. Akash Kumar shared the video tagging the official Twitter accounts of the Ghaziabad traffic police and Uttar Pradesh traffic police.

Twitter Users Are Enraged!

Netizens are quite angry after seeing the couple going to such lengths on the national highway. They did not follow any rules be it sitting in the wrong way, romancing on the bike, or wearing a helmet. People online are demanding authorities take legal steps. Here’s how Twitterati is reacting to this viral incident in Ghaziabad.

The viral clip has come to the attention of the authorities as well.

UP police tweeted tagging Ghaziabad police to take steps against this.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Trans Hindon) Commissionerate Ghaziabad also tweeted regarding this incident. The tweet mentioned that Inspector Indirapuram has been directed to take necessary legal steps while examining the video.

Ghaziabad traffic police tweeted that a challan action has been taken following all the complaints on Twitter.
