This Factory In Surat Makes The Most Hygienic Puris
Many times, people skip going to the pani puri wala because of hygiene reasons. There are thoughts about whether the puri has been made in good, fresh oil or if the server will be wearing gloves or not.
A video posted by @the_bearded_foodie showed a factory in Surat, Gujarat, where puris for pani puri are made in the most hygienic way.
The video begins with flour added to the machine with water to knead the flour. After this, the machine kneads the dough and rolls out flat sheets. Next comes a huge roller with the round-shaped plates on the flat sheet, which cuts out small round slices. These small slices are then fried in a huge fryer with oil.

One User Claims Indians Might Not Like It
The golgappas are fried in the giant fryer with the help of a moving tray with rods. They are transferred to the other side of the machine, where all the oil is drained out and crispy puris are ready. These puris are then packed into packets and are ready to be sold in the shops.
The video posted by @the_bearded_foodie has by far received over 233,089 likes and over 261 views on Instagram.
Netizens were happy and impressed to see this video of puris of pani puri. They showered the comments section with love, fire, and clapping emojis. There were also many people who said that there is nothing like the ones that are made on the street. Another claimed that Indians wouldn’t like this taste as they are very used to the unhygienic one.
