The Dubai Miracle Garden has announced the closing on Tuesday, May 31, as the summer heat sets in. Over 150 million flowers, a diversity of plant species from throughout the globe, and huge floral constructions may be seen at this unique outdoor attraction. So if you haven’t been yet this season, now is the time.
Why Is It Closing For The Summer?
Dubai’s most flower-filled oasis is closed throughout the summer months for two reasons. First and foremost, there’s the (warm) weather, and second, there’s the planning and preparation for the next season. The Dubai Miracle Garden, on the other hand, has a new attraction to see with each season that comes around. There is a Smurfs Village to explore this year to celebrate the garden’s tenth anniversary. In addition to seeing the Smurfs’ residence – a forest of mushroom dwellings – and taking photographs of the Smurfs’ topiaries (vegetable sculptures). You will have the opportunity to visit the Smurfs’ activity area.
Little blue creatures, the Smurfs live in a community of mushroom-shaped cottages in their own tranquil village, which they have created. In the 2018 edition, you’ll find fresh flower arrangements inspired by popular characters like Genie and an illusionary magic carpet. Naturally, other well-known floral works such as the renowned Emirates A380, the world’s biggest floral structure, the floating woman, the teddy bear, and others continue to be popular attractions worldwide.
