Vikas Khanna Visits His First Employer To Seek Her Blessing
Chef Vikas Khanna has become a household name after he won hearts as the MasterChef judge. He recently announced that he will soon be unveiling a new restaurant called Bungalow New York. It is slated to open on March 23, 2024.
In order to seek blessings for his new venture, he visited his very first employer, Mrs. Sabharwal. In a heartfelt post, he shared how during his days of struggle, he took up as many odd jobs as possible. He mentioned that Mrs. Sabharwal was his first employer in that regard.
He shared an adorable video which showed him getting blessings from the sweet old lady. He even mentioned that when he got his 1st Michelin Star, she told him that his accomplishment signified the victory of India as a country! How sweet!

Heartfelt Post Tells How She Blessed Him 24 Years Ago
Chef Vikas also mentioned that around 24 years ago, Mrs. Sabharwal gave him $101 and blessed him by saying, “One day, may you cook for the Presidents.” This touching blessing has stayed with him since then.
And truly, he has managed to achieve great heights of success in his career. His achievements show that you can go a long way by getting the blessings of your elders and working hard!
