Dr Suranjit Chatterjee stated to The Indian Express, that enjoying a meal right after it is cooked can offer double benefits. The Senior Consultant of Internal Medicine at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals stated that cooking eliminates the harmful microorganisms present in raw ingredients.
