Zoco is the newest addition to the impressive dining collection and is located on the seventh floor of V Hotel Dubai. Moreover, the guests are welcomed by stunning views of the Dubai cityscape as well as a busy open kitchen. The gentle natural woods, brilliant colours, and kaleidoscope portraiture setting the vibe with Latin beats playing. Not to forget, the setting makes it the perfect dining spot for intimate diners.

The menu is curated by Peruvian chef Gustavo Alonso Guin Barnachea. Further, it has a wide variety of tantalising, spicy, and flavorful meals which pay homage to Pan-American culinary traditions. Guests may start with a variety of appetisers like Fresh Guacamole, Zingy Citrus Ceviche and Soft-shell Crab. But if you are in mood for some hot plates, don’t forget to try chicken teriyaki skewers, crispy calamari and fluffy bao.

Move forward to some authentic dishes like Mexican-style tacos loaded with chicken adobo, Peruvian chifa duck fried rice and so on. But don’t forget to try gold with the ‘Black Onyx’ which is a sharing plate of black angus rib-eye that is served with grilled vine tomatoes and confit garlic. You can end your meal on a sweet note with ‘Quatro Leches’ cake, churros, cheesecake and other desserts. Apart from this, the restaurant serves curated beverages perfect to pair with your meals.

According to Daniel Hillier, Executive Chef, Al Habtoor City, they are thrilled to offer the cuisines of Pan America and Zoco to Dubai. With a cuisine that tantalises the senses from the first bite and a setting as colourful as the food, Chef Gustavo has tapped into his love of Latin flavours.
