World Governments Summit is an important event that’s underway till February 14, Friday. Already, a lot of important developments and announcements have been made at the ongoing gathering of important global leaders, officials, and experts from different industries. And now, it was revealed at the event that soon AI can help you transform government services. Yes, it might just eliminate the need for traditional websites in mobile apps! Well, we are specifically talking about the fact that you might just be able to get your driving license renewed with just a voice command using AI.

As revealed in a report by Khaleej Times, voice-powered interactions using AI are going to simplify complex tasks. Yes, this also includes renewing driving licenses, which makes it more seamless and efficient. In fact, the shift also promises to reduce bureaucracy while also improving service delivery and offering citizens a more personalised experience.

As revealed by Mohamed Bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services, Government of UAE, he dreams of a future where citizens can communicate directly with the government through voice commands. In fact, he also emphasised the importance of the fact that while digital systems have made life easier, it does not inherently solve bureaucracy. So, the government should design the environment policies and procedures in such a way that it leverages technology better so that people can be served more easily.

RailBus Network Unveiled

Not only this, at the Dubai RTA’s stand at the World Government Summit, the innovative RailBus, which was unveiled during the event, mentions how it will be servicing different areas in Dubai. Yes, the RailBus network would be in the internal areas of Al Karama, Al Barsha or Deira that are not connected to the Dubai Metro this will have a separate train network and has been designed to be spacious with their being ample room for seating and standing.
