It’s no secret that the world’s leading travel show, ITB Berlin is currently underway. Happening till March 7, there have been some major updates by the airlines as they have put up their stands at the travel event. And one of the major updates comes from Qatar Airways, which is an airline based in Doha. Taking to Twitter, the airline announced some major updates at the ongoing event. This included everything from the first AI digital cabin crew to its first flight to Hamburg.

At the ongoing ITB Berlin, Qatar Airways announced Sama 2.0, which is an advanced AI cabin crew. This digital cabin crew has been enhanced to interact with passengers for a curated experience on the QVerse, which is the airline’s immersive platform. This was revealed in the holographic display at the airline’s new and innovative stand. Sama showcased her knowledge of the diverse facets of the airline’s operations in an effortless manner! As it happens, this is powered by conversational AI. Built on this cutting-edge AI capability, this will soon be available not just be available on the QVerse but also on the Qatar Airways app.

The Booth Also Has A Sensory Port At Its Booth

As it happens, the airline’s new booth also offers a sensory port. Here, guests can experience the award-winning Qsuit, when on board Qatar Airways Business Class. Besides the introduction of a second-generation virtual MetaHuman cabin crew, Sama, the national carrier of Qatar also made some major announcements regarding its flights.

Yes, it plans to increase its flight frequency to Berlin from the existing 14 weekly flights to 18 in the winter of 2024. So, this means that you will get more options for flights per week that will allow you to book your tickets according to your convenience.

Qatar Airways To Introduce Its First Flight To Hamburg

Moreover, the airline also announced its inaugural flight to Hamburg from July 1, 2024 onwards. A key destination in Europe, Hamburg is a beautiful port city in Germany, and it’s connected to the North city by the Elbe River and has many beautiful landmarks that are worth checking out. As a result, the airline will serve five destinations in Germany.

With a total of 71 weekly flights, this will also include the increased frequency to Berlin. So, with so many exciting updates revealed at the ongoing ITB Berlin, it’s no secret that Qatar Airways is doing everything in its power to ensure travellers have a comfortable flight.
