While the former is a globally renowned Chinese dim sum teahouse, the latter is one of India’s most celebrated jewellery houses.

Yauatcha has long been celebrated for its delicate dim sum and delightful patisserie.  Tribe Amrapali is synonymous with India’s rich heritage in jewellery-making, together they have crafted a unique Diwali experience. This is a collection of Timeless Desserts and Handcrafted Treasures that draws inspiration from the revered Navratna gemstones. They have infused the essence of these ancient symbols into a festive dessert collection. The collaboration is as unexpected as it is enchanting.

The collection features nine exquisite desserts, including handcrafted bonbons and macarons, each meticulously curated to mirror the elegance of fine jewellery. These treats offer a delightful fusion of bold and unexpected Indian flavours, blending sophistication with a culinary twist.

This collaboration continues Yauatcha’s tradition of partnering with creative icons to craft exclusive dessert collections. Building on past collaborations with names like Manish Malhotra, Papa Don’t Preach, and Lovechild by Masaba, Yauatcha once again elevates culinary innovation.

The collection’s standout creations include the Plum Jasmine Gateaux with hazelnut, panna cotta, jasmine ganache, and Kashmiri plum compote, and the Orange Sesame featuring orange marmalade, sesame peanut crunch, and chocolate mousse.
The macaron collection features unique flavours such as Rose Pearl with citrus white chocolate and gulkand, Peanut Caramel with peanut butter cream and Jamun & Custard Apple, Saffron Mango. They have Bailey’s Espresso, Strawberry Cocoa, Cashew and Peach, Dark Fig, and Pistachio Nougat with nut praline. They offer a diverse and indulgent taste experience.
The handcrafted bonbon collection not only captures these flavours but also mirrors the appearance of the gems themselves. You can find Jasmine Sapphire with green apple compote and jasmine ganache, Ruby Spice with dark chocolate praline and spicy caramel, Mint Emerald with fresh mint ganache, Bailey’s Pearl, and Cherry Sapphire. Other highlights include Coconut Sparkle, Mandarin Gomed, The Cat’s Eye with golden caramel, and Coral Berry with feuilletine crunch and mixed berry compote.
