What if we say, you can now do your morning yoga at an iconic spot in Abu Dhabi! Enjoy a session of relaxing, stretching and breathing in a tranquil setting at Louvre, Abu Dhabi. The Louvre invites yoga freaks to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Classes will happen under the magical dome! So get ready for a one of a kind experience!
Classes start from 10 January with two 75-minute sessions running every Sunday and Tuesday, at 10.15am and 5pm. The session is open to Louvre ticket holders over the age of 15. Each class will take up to 20 people, organized in a socially distanced manner. Facemasks are compulsory when inside the premises, but can be removed during the session. Guests will also be required to bring their own yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Booking in advance is required; more information can be found at louvreabudhabi.ae.
Guests at the Louvre can now experience the iconic museum and its architecture under the stars while kayaking through the Arabian Sea. The 60-minute kayaking tour will get you to learn of the Louvre architecture while being accompanied by Sea Hawk’s professional instructor.Payments should be made online prior to the tour. Only guests with confirmed online booking will be able to join the trip. There are 20 seats available per trip with social distancing measures in place. Only single kayaks are available unless you are a family, in that case, double kayaks will be provided. All guests must bring your own towel and water bottle.
Tours are available every day, except Mondays, at 6:00am, 8:00am, 4:30pm, and 6:00pm. The tickers cost AED126 per person. Children between the ages of 6 – 12 should be accompanied by parents or guardians.
Apart from this, Louvre also offers full moon and sunrise kayaking.Watch the sun rise over Louvre Abu Dhabi’s iconic architecture as you take a kayaking tour around the museum. The tour is available on all days except Monday at 6:00 am. And if you wish to kayak under the moon-lit sky, opt for the full moon kayaking. The dates are as below:
