A special donburi meal of the day, along with a choice of a delectable bowl of warm ramen, costs AED 68 per person on the menu. YUi is inviting customers to taste high-quality Japanese cuisine at an affordable price.
Full bowls will offer the choice of shio or shoyu broth with ramen noodles prepared in-house by YUi. YUi’s noodles are made every day with Japanese flour and are matured for one day to provide a firm texture. Signature broths are made with 100% halal chicken, fresh clams, and other regional ingredients and are cooked for 10 hours every day to release rich flavours.
