Food delivery apps Zomato and Swiggy are facing acute glitches now. They stopped functioning absolutely on April 6, Wednesday, that too during the lunch hour. Some people couldn’t place their orders and for some others, the orders got stuck and couldn’t be tracked. A large number of people are dependent on these food delivery apps and their malfunctioning sparked a massive outrage on the internet. Here’s what netizens are saying about the technical issue:

Mr @deepigoyal. Better than providing 10 min delivery it will be better to provide 10 mins resolution to an issue your customer is facing. @zomato Its irritating to be talking to untrained and incompetent service agents who copy and paste scripts. pic.twitter.com/3paSDgYL9U
