In his tweet, Alok Jain wrote “Someone texted me scenes from #DLF office where people are lining up to buy luxury homes valued 7 cr+. Where is the slowdown in real estate happening?

Twitter Didn’t Back Out From Reacting To It

A number of Twitter users responded to the message by claiming that brokers or investors would have made up the majority of the buyers. Investors are baffled by the trending photo. The managing director of DLF has yet to communicate.

Here’s what some Twitteratis had to say about it:

The most recent project completed by DLF was Crest and Camellias. According to the rumours, Sector 63 in Gurgaon is the location of Arbour, a 25.8-acre development with five towers. According to reports, the 39-floor residences, each measuring 3,900 square feet, are being offered. Their starting price is ₹18,000 per square foot. Each apartment has three parking places available to it, and they are all equipped with electric car charging stations.
