This is known for its unparalleled beauty and mesmerising desertscape. Here’s all you need to know about the upcoming project.
Aman Hegra Hospitality Project Unveiled In AlUla
Covering eight million sq m Aman Hegra Hospitality Project was unveiled on Thursday, January 11. Yes, according to reports from the Arab News, it was mentioned that AlUla Development Co. and investing firm Kun Investment Holding announced this project after the signing agreement, which was overseen by Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan. For the unversed, he is the Saudi Minister of Culture and Governor of the Royal Commission for AlUla.
It’s Going To Feature 42 Rooms
Talking about the upcoming property, it’s going to be a 42-key hotel along with 30 branded residences. Not to mention, Hegra is already famous around the world for being the first UNESCO World Heritage site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As it happens, Kun will own 80% and AlUla Development will own the rest of 20% of the joint venture. However, this is not the only project coming up in AlUla and several other resorts have previously been announced for this popular tourist destination in the kingdom.

Other Projects Coming Up In AlUla
For instance, AZULIK AlUla Resort, which is expected to open in 2027 is going to be an eco-friendly resort with 76 luxury villas. Not to mention, new museums will also be coming up in the region. These are going to be designed by Lina Ghotmeh, a Paris-based architect. Another much-awaited project happens to be the Saraan Nature Reserve, which is being designed by French Architect, Jean Nouvel. Moreover, it will also boast 38 suits, a kid’s club, an all-day dining restaurant, a sports centre, a spa & wellness centre, and a business centre.
So, with so many exciting developments coming up in AlUla, it’s certainly going to be pretty amazing.
