There are many people who require some sort of assistance when it comes to food or financial aid. Even in Dubai, there are people who can do better with some help from charitable trusts. And keeping this in mind, The Meals of Goodness Endowment, which is organised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Centre for Endowment Consultancy, has revealed that it plans to offer free meals at Dubai mosques each week.

With the aim of feeding the hungry, The Meals of Goodness Endowment has revealed that it will be holding free meal services at Dubai mosques across the emirate. These meals will be offered every week under the charitable initiative and are expected to last up to one year, according to a report by the National News. It was also mentioned that it would be served after Friday prayers.

This campaign will be launched today, Friday, just ahead of the Eid Adha celebrations in the UAE. Not to mention, these meals will be distributed to low-income workers at different mosques each week. The aim of this initiative is to offer crucial food supplies to people who needed the most. With the aim of spreading the spirit of goodwill and solidarity in the community, the drive is bound to help many people who need such support.

It’s worth mentioning that this foundation has already helped 111 million people in 105 countries. They have spent approximately AED1.8 billion last year, as per the annual report released in March.
