3. Fosil

Fosil is a new outdoor cafe pop-up at the Al Wathba Fossil Dune Protected Area. It recently underwent refurbishment and enhancement. It’s a WKND concept that adds a dash of baristas to these very stunning views. With comfy beanbags and table enclaves strewn throughout the area, it accompanies jet black food trucks giving out gastro-treats. You get a range of potted cactus and mirrored pillars providing some additional IG feed fodder and a background mix of ambient Arabian music; the set-up seems fairly beautiful.
