This list is managed by William Reed Business Media and brings to light some of the best restaurants in the world. For their Asia list, they have released restaurants ranked between 51 and 100 for now, while the remaining list is likely to be published soon. The prestigious annual 50 Best List by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants is out for Asia, or well a part of it! They have released an extended list of Asian restaurants ranked from 51 to 100 for the year 2024. The good part is that five Indian restaurants have made it to this extended list. These include three restaurants from Mumbai and two from Delhi NCR.

Starting with the highest rank, Mumbai’s Americano bagged the 61st position on this list. Known for its creative cuisine and delicious cocktails, this one is well-deserved on the list! Next on the list is another Mumbai eatery – The Bombay Canteen which secured the 70th rank on this list. Adding a playful yet delicious touch to Indian cuisine, this restaurant celebrates India’s diverse cuisine with its food.

Next on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants ranked between 51 to 100 is Gurugram’s Comorin. This multi-award-winning restaurant in NCR is famous for adding a gourmet touch to regional Indian food.

At the 87th position, they placed the iconic Dum Pukht restaurant from Delhi. Celebrating Mughal and North Indian food, this fine dining restaurant brought back the art of slow cooking in the spotlight. Finally, at 98, Mumbai’s Ekaa is the 5th Indian restaurant on the prestigious list!

Tokyo’s L’Effervescence topped this list that was published on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Instagram page. Singapore and Tokyo were the frontrunners in this list as both cities had 8 restaurants featured in this list. What’s to be noted is that this was just part of the list. Asia’s top 50 restaurants will be announced at an awards ceremony in Seoul on March 26.
