Bangalore’s Chocolate Hotel To Have Chocolate Themed Cafe, Buffet & Exhibitions

In a report by The Hans India, the IIHM Institute of Patisserie and Culinary (IIPC) headed by famous pastry chef, Avijit Ghosh is all set to launch a Chocolate Hotel in Bangalore. The hotel will have rooms, banquet, cafe, and buffet all inspired and designed around chocolate. Expect a buffet and cafe that displays international brands of chocolates. Chocoholics can not only witness but also taste and purchase an array of velvety, creamy and decadent chocolates at the chocolate exhibitions, to be hosted here.

Chocolate Hotel To Promote Culinary Tourism

IIPC is the first institute in India to promote culinary tourism. The Chocolate Hotel in Bangalore will be a one-stop destination for holidaymakers and chocolate lovers. Chairman and Chief Mentor of IIHM, Dr Suborno Bose revealed to The Hans India that this will be India’s first Chocolate Hotel where everything will be themed around chocolate. Chocolate is the central theme as everyone loves it and it’s a wonderful way to express a lot of emotions. Chef Avijit Ghosh stated to The Hans India that the Chocolate Hotel will offer guests the opportunity to taste chocolates from across the world.
