Jumeirah Presents A New Luxury Destination, Marsa Al Arab

Marsa Al Arab is an innovative & latest concept to join our long list of top-notch ones. The newest integrated tourism destination from JumeirahGroup, which is intended to draw millions of visitors while providing limitless options, will raise the bar for luxury and solidify Dubai’s position as a major hub for the hospitality industry.

With a design influenced by opulent boats, the company behind these resorts represents a brand-new and significant constructional cornerstone in Dubai. The group will have three seaside resorts after it opens. In the following 12 months, the planned hotel is anticipated to open.

The new resort will be situated on Dubai’s largest private beach, right next to the sailboat-inspired Burj Al Arab and wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel. In exclusive lush landscaping filled with hidden cabanas and pavilions, it will feature 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites. The Arabian Sea will be visible from every room’s expansive windows.

Jumeirah Group’s official sources claimed that the company is also attempting to increase its footprint in the area. In the Peninsula project, which is slated to be finished in 2025, the Jumeirah Living Business Bay project will be launched.

He acknowledged that Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts had two significant years with the debut of the opulent Jumeirah Bali and Jumeirah Maldives on Olhahali Island. It is also planning the opening of new beach resorts in Oman and Bahrain. The projects will be named Jumeirah Muscat Bay and Jumeirah Bay Resort & Spa, respectively.

Leading luxury hotel operator Jumeirah Properties and Resorts manages 3,911 rooms over 13 properties in the United Arab Emirates. Currently, the group owns eight beach resorts and five city hotels.

We will be waiting for more such updates about this upcoming opulent property by Jumeirah Group.
