Air India Flight Delhi To Tel Aviv Cancelled!
On October 7, Air India cancelled its flight from the capital to Tel Aviv due to an attack. Five flights a week are offered to Tel Aviv by the full-service airline, that is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday are service days.
Flight Al 139 from the nation’s capital to Tel Aviv on Saturday as well as the return flight Al 140 have been cancelled for the sake of the passengers’ and the crew’s safety, according to a representative for the airline. On Saturday, the return flight from Tel Aviv was planned to depart at 22:10 hours (Israel time), while the outbound flight was scheduled for 15:35 hours (India time).
Delhi and Tel Aviv are separated by about 02:30 hours in time. Passengers are receiving every help necessary, according to the spokeswoman for Air India. According to FlightAware data, flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City to Israel on Saturday and Sunday were cancelled by both American Airlines and Delta Air Lines.

The German airline Lufthansa also made an important flight reduction announcement on Saturday. In a statement, airline representatives stated that due to the current security situation in Israel, the Lufthansa Airlines Group will reduce its flight schedule this Saturday to and from Tel Aviv. One trip from Tel Aviv to Frankfurt would still operate on Saturday, according to the airline, but all other flights would be cancelled.
Advisory Issued For Indian Nationals
With thousands of Indians currently stranded in Israel, Israel has always served as a hub for Indian students and workers. The Indian Embassy has maintained close contact with the Indian residents in Israel and has offered them assistance and subterranean refuge.
The Indian Embassy stated in its statement that considering the current situation in Israel, all Indian nationals in Israel are requested to maintain their vigilance and observe safety precautions as advised by local authorities. Please be cautious, refrain from needless movement, and remain near safety shelters.
