Another restaurant on his shelve, Hattem Matter was the chosen one to represent the UAE in the embassy of the United States. Mattar, the envoy to the UAE Embassy in Washington, DC, oversees the venue at the new location, which is part of the Keturah Reserve in Meydan. Mattar’s expertise and all that he has learnt will be on display in FIYA.
The Matcha Club’s padel courts are direct across the street from FIYA. Both will serve as gathering places for the locals centred on the growingly popular sport.
