Rumours are rife that the couple could host a massive multi-day event at Madison Square Garden over the July 4 weekend. According to The Independent, the pop superstar and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end got engaged in August 2025 after two years of dating. Since then, fans have been trying to find out more details about the couple. 

Reportedly, the couple could tie the knot at Madison Square Garden in Midtown Manhattan. The venue can accommodate up to 22,000 people and has multiple entrances and exits. This could be one of the reasons why the couple may have chosen the venue. According to The New York Times, a permit was filed with New York City to close the streets around Madison Square Garden from July 2 until midday on July 4 for a high-profile event on July 3.

Guest list, Cost & No-Phone Rule 

According to The New York Times, the guest list has not been revealed yet. However, celebrities reportedly expected to attend include Selena Gomez, Robert Pattinson, Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid and Emma Stone.

Now, let’s talk about the reported cost of the wedding. According to India Today, industry experts estimate the total cost could range between $15 million (₹142.68 crore approx.) and $20 million (₹190.4 crore approx.). Reportedly, the venue has been transformed for what could become one of the costliest celebrity weddings in recent years.

The reported cost includes the venue, floral arrangements, decor, security, catering, entertainment and more. There’s one more interesting detail. Reportedly, employees at Madison Square Garden have been asked to leave their phones behind while on duty during the event.
