Indians are shaken as the rupee hits an all-time low against the US dollar. It is nearly 80 against a dollar, which might significantly affect travel, education and trade. As for the Indian travellers, unfortunately, travelling will appear to become much more expensive – both domestic and international. This major shift in the depreciation of the rupee will have an adverse effect on travellers, although a section of traders might benefit. Fuel prices in India are skyrocketing, and the depreciating rupee might add to it.
