Over the years, Riverside Studios in West London has produced a significant amount of priceless British cultural content. The Hammersmith Studios, which were constructed in the 1930s, have been used for everything from filming episodes of “Doctor Who” and “Blue Peter” to presenting the venerable music programme “Top of the Pops.”

Although it still has some flats and apartments, Riverside is now a multi-use art hub that is also utilised for things like theatre and exhibitions. It’s wonderful to note that one of those properties has recently hit the market. That’s true, you might reside in the location where “Top of the Pops” was filmed.

In Riverside Studios, there is a one-bedroom flat for sale. Along with having a tonne of cultural history, it also has a really swanky pad. Large open-plan living areas, two balconies, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom and an additional shower room are all features of the 1,379-square-foot apartment.

The residence, which is perched on the third story, also enjoys stunning views of the Hammersmith Bridge and the River Thames. Here are some pictures of the location. As you can expect, all of this has a heavy price tag. The apartment has a suggested price of £1.75 million, according to estate broker Finlay Brewer.

During the redevelopment, the previous Riverside Studios building and the nearby Queen’s Wharf building were renovated by London developer Mount Anvil in collaboration with A2 Dominion. A new structure with 165 residential apartments at its core, new studio spaces for theatre and television, two movie theatres, a riverside restaurant and café or bar, as well as adaptable event spaces, was designed on the site by Assael Architecture.

Alongside the late Victorian Hammersmith Bridge, the redevelopment also included a new riverfront promenade that connects to the Thames Path.
