Nestled in Bengaluru’s Residency Road, IDC Kitchen is a famous restaurant for delicious South Indian dishes. From Ghee Pudi Masala Dosa To Ghee Pudi Thatte Idli, there are some great delicacies to try here. But the above-mentioned Reddit post is not about the food items served here but something different and quite problematic.

As shared in the post, the Redditor visited this restaurant on Residency Road with his family. While ordering the dishes, he noticed something strange. While he was placing an order for one dish, the cashier was repeating another dishes and taking note of the wrong dishes. In fact, the cashier mentioned costlier food items. After the conversation and getting the receipt, the customer realised that the cashier added the wrong items and charged him a lot more.

When he asked the man at the restaurant to correct the mistakes, the latter began speaking in Kannada. The customer has some facial resemblance to East Asians and told the cashier that he is a foreigner and does not know how to speak Hindi or Kannada. To his surprise, the cashier apologised to him and gave him a refund including ₹20.

No matter what the cashier thought, his behaviour in that situation was not at all right and completely unacceptable. Here’s what other Redditors think of this incident.
