An X user, @Sam459om posted a video of a couple kissing in Bengaluru metro. The Netizen tagged Namma Metro, Bengaluru City Police and Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) in his post. The person asked the authorities to take strict action against the couple. @Sam459om asked what was happening on Bengaluru Metro. And claimed to have seen the couple kissing each other on the metro. Moreover, the Netizen claimed Bengaluru Metro was becoming like Delhi Metro.
To this, Bengaluru City Police replied and asked the to share is contact details. @NarayanJadhavS1 demanded strict action be taken against them.@UmeshJaisw74822 asked the X user why he opposed this move happening in a developing nation like India. Another sarcastically called this video a well shot one.

Delhi Metro on its part has seen many such incidents like this. There are many photos as well as videos of couples getting intimate with each other as hundreds of passengers watch them with disbelief. Many a time, standup comedians have also taken digs at such passengers for indulging in such acts in public places in India. There was also a photo of a couple kissing at Huda City Metro station that went viral across the Internet. The X user even tagged Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi Police to take action against them.
