Ritz-Cartlon To Host Ministry Of Crab Pop-Up In Bengaluru
Known for putting fresh seafood at the centre of the plate, Ministry of Crab has built a reputation for quality ingredients and bold flavours. The restaurant was also ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants from 2015 to 2022. This further cemented its place on the region’s culinary map. At the Bengaluru pop-up, guests can enjoy a specially curated menu by Dharsan Munidasa, creator and owner of Ministry of Crab. The experience features a selection of dishes that showcase the restaurant’s signature approach to seafood.
The meal begins with Chawanmushi, offering a delicate and silky start. This is followed by the Garlic Chilli Prawn, which brings a punch of heat, and Black Pepper Dashi Crab, combining smoky, peppery flavours with the richness of crab. Both dishes are paired with rustic bread, allowing diners to mop up the sauces. Another highlight is the Baked Curry Crab, which brings warming spices and a comforting curry profile to the menu. The meal concludes with a Coconut Crème Brûlée, adding a creamy, sweet finish to the seafood-led spread.
With the Ministry of Crab bringing its Colombo-inspired flavours to Bengaluru, the pop-up offers seafood lovers an opportunity to experience one of Sri Lanka’s best-known culinary experiences.
