As a part of the Dubai Food Festival, Social by Heinz Beck has launched a 5-course set meal for AED 600 only. The meal includes dishes made using Gold and Caviar. You can now feel the royalty while you savour these dishes. The menu includes- Hokkaido Scallops with Cauliflower Gold and Caviar, Slow Cooked Egg with Potato Cream, Chives Gold and Caviar, Spaghetti with Lemon, Gold and Caviar, Turbot in Spicy Crust with Almond Gold and Caviar and Frozen Zabaione with Gold and Caviar. It is curated by head chef Francesco. And you not only get to relish all these lip-smacking dishes but also get to enjoy an interactive Chef’s Table experience.
