Dosa Plaza in Sharjah whips the whackiest dosas in town. What started off as a tiny eatery outside Vashi Railway station in Mumbai, is now a famous chain in India and abroad.

What started off as a tiny eatery outside Vashi Railway station in Mumbai, is now a famous chain in India and abroad. Prem Ganapathy started a small-scale South Indian breakfast joint in Mumbai in 1992. He ran the show in a hand-drawn cart and a cooking stove, for which he paid a rent of AED 50 (Rs 1000) per month.
