X user Bismit Ghosh posted about his experience of catching an IndiGo flight to Vadodara from Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. On August 5, IndiGo 6E 807 was scheduled to take off from Bengaluru at 3:50 PM. Unfortunately, the flight faced not one but multiple delays. According to the X post, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) changed after every 15 minutes.
After a postponement of nearly 3 hours, passengers began to board the aircraft at 6:35 PM. Later, the airline informed flyers waiting to catch the IndiGo flight to Vadodara the reason behind the delay. The departure time changed as they were arranging for pilot and cabin crew members.
Website Showed Updated Flight Status!
Delays in flight departure timing and issues in aircraft arriving at the runway on time are something that we hear about frequently. Flyers waiting to catch the Vadodara-bound IndiGo flight from Bengaluru on August 5 also came across an unusual issue on the official website of the airline.
A screenshot shared on the X post shows that the flight had already departed from Bengaluru at 6:09 PM. In reality, the boarding began at 6:35 PM. This mishap showcased on the website confused everyone.
