In a defining move within the region’s upscale property sector, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s foremost hospitality empire, has joined forces with real estate developer BnW Developments to unveil Taj Wellington Mews on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. This debut collaboration has achieved notable success, with 97 residential units secured within the initial 24 hours of launch, marking it as one of the UAE’s most swiftly sold luxury developments to date.
