Dubai restaurants have started rolling out their signature Iftar menus and jumping the bandwagon, Bombay Borough- DIFC’s, go-to, all day bar and eatery has also introduced its unlimited Iftar menu. The Royal Biryani Is Loaded With Unique Spices & 23 Karat Edible Gold

The royal biryani has been added to the restaurant’s menu to mark its first birthday. The royal biryani is loaded with Kashmiri lamb seekh kebabs, old Delhi lamb chops, rajput chicken kebabs, Mughlai koftas, and malai chicken. This is served on a bed of saffron-infused biryani, and topped off with 18-karat edible gold. The dish is complimented by a wide selection of our exquisite sauces, curries, and raitas. Well, in short, this is the exuberant journey to experience Royalty. It takes about 45 minutes to prepare this regal meal.
