As per The Standard, programme director Captain Steve Allright talked about this course, and it was shared that passengers often shed tears of emotion after finishing this 45-minute course. Some of the passengers even mentioned that they felt like new people and they could now travel easily to visit their families who live in different countries. These remarks by the passengers have seriously made them consider and ask themselves whether this course is worth it or not.

As part of the course, British Airways pilots give a detailed presentation on aircraft operations, turbulence and flight safety. A psychologist is also present to speak with participants. They help soon-to-be flyers manage panic and anxiety, and stay with them throughout the whole training and the flight. After which, they are taken to a 45-minute flight from the airport and are returned to the same airport. Passengers on board are accompanied by a full team of pilots, cabin crew and psychologists.
