According to ANI a restaurant in Gorakhpur has introduced a special tricolour menu to mark India’s 75th independence day. The dishes are bathed in the orange, white and green colours of India’s national flag. The lip-smacking dishes are in line with the Centre’s Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. It will bring a sprinkle of patriotism to customers’ lives. The dishes include tricolour sandwich, pasta, pulao, mocktails and much more.

The restaurant operator Nitish Shukla revealed to ANI that he comes from an Army background. So then they thought of doing something different to celebrate India’s 75th Independence Day.
