Chef Vikas Khanna has left us drooling again, but this time we also have a recipe to help us recreate it! As an AI-generated voice of Lata Mangeshkar singing ‘Ram Aayenge’ has gone viral on the internet, Chef Vikas remembered the late singer and recreated a prasad that he made for her in 2013. He added a caption, “As we are celebrating her legacy in Ayodhya, I wanted to share the simple recipe that Didi loved.”

It is a steamed banana prasad recipe with jaggery, coconut, cardamom, and sesame seeds stuffing. He recollected in the post that back in 2013, he was invited by Lata didi to her residency in Prabhu Kunj. She then asked him to “cook prasad for the prayers” and this recipe was born.
